Highly recommend!
Loved being on the show with Shawn. He was open and willing to talk about the harsh realities of hospitality. The ones often going unaddressed, unacknowledged. His level of vulnerability is inspiring and his care and compassion for our people shows in all the work he does. He created a safe space to talk about mental health, burnout and the solutions we need to help support those that are struggling. Highly recommend dropping in and giving Post Shift a listen.

Had such a great time chatting with Shawn Soole on The Post Shift Podcast. The enthusiasm and energy he brought made my first-ever broadcast experience surprisingly relaxed and genuinely fun, like finally crossing paths with someone you’ve been meaning to talk to for ages at a bar. Whether you are just starting out in Hospitality or you've been around the block (sprinting with an ingredient for a custom cocktail you just bought at the corner store to impress a guest..) this is the podcast to have as part of your weekly info diet. As a long time industry member here in Vancouver, Bc- first in restaurants or bars and now on the distribution side it is so much fun to listen to Shawn and so many ppl I know have real talks about the industry- past present and future!
If you’re interested in the industry it is def worth checking it out!
